  • Discount for cash payment.
     
  • From 1.7.2018 the airport has introduced a compulsory entry surcharge of 40 CZK.
     
  • Payment receipt will be issued by the driver upon request. If not, you do not need to pay and the ride is free.
     
  • This price is valid for both trips TO and FROM Václav Havel Airport Prague (Ruzyne Airport).
     
  • The price is for the whole ride, i.e. not per person. Up to 4 people can be transported in one car.
     
  • For rides from the airport we will find out the actual time of flight arrival and contact you at the airport in time, even if the flight is delayed or delayed at check-in you will NOT pay for any waiting time. At the same time, you also do not have to worry about the car not waiting for you.
     
  • TaxiTerminal offers the services of carriers who use exclusively mid-class cars with air conditioning.
     
  • If any children will be transported, please inform us of the number and age of the children so that we can offer you the appropriate car seats. A child seat is available free of charge upon request.
     
  • Please book your taxi service well in advance, during the dispatch office hours from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day.

• How to book a Taxi to Prague Airport?

  • You have the option to simply fill out the order form in the left panel of the website.
     
  • Enter your mobile phone, select your departure date and press Continue....
     
  • Next, select whether you would like a taxi to or from Václav Havel Airport Prague and enter all the necessary details (e.g. flight number, destination, etc.).
     
  • You can also access the same selection for a transfer to/from Václav Havel Airport Prague from the menu under the ORDER link. Here you will add your name and phone number.
     
  • Within 90 minutes (during working hours every day, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM) you will receive a text message confirming your order
     
  • No later than 30 minutes before the car arrives, you will receive a text message directly from the driver that will be picking you up, informing you that the taxi is on its way.
